Mountain Views From The Comfort Of Their Own Deck
This project was a complete exterior remodel in Steamboat Springs. These clients purchased a home in the perfect location with amazing views, but didn’t like the outside of their home.
We started by replacing the siding with a mix of reclaimed wood as well as corrugated metal that will rust over time. To expand the views, we connected the deck from the front balcony to the side of the house. For comfort, we included every amenity including an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, built-in seating, composite decking with cable railing, electric heater fire feature and outdoor lighting. The heating elements and spa make this a year round space where they can enjoy the gorgeous views.
