A Rooftop Deck, A Back Patio, And A Front Landscape
This project consisted of front, back, and side landscapes, as well as separate rooftop areas. Our goal in this project was to make the most of the outdoor spaces this client had available.
We transformed their rooftop area into a modern lounge with fire pit, a perfect spot for gathering with friends. We also built custom bar top seating, a great area for enjoying a drink or people watching below. A pergola with retractable shade sail allows complete control over the amount of sunlight entering the rooftop deck, allowing for maximum comfort during the hotter months.
The backyard zone has a completely different vibe, more like an upscale European cafe. The rock wall adds character, the pergola adds modernity, and the plants bring softness to hardscaped elements. A dining table sits atop the patio for meals al fresco. Ample seating separate from the table allows this client to enjoy the space for any purpose.
The final touches included front yard plantings and pavers for curb appeal, while landscape lighting warms up the space and provides safety after hours.
