A Small Space With a Big Payoff
This client came to us wanting to address their shade and privacy issues. In addition, they asked for custom statement pieces to round out their existing rooftop decor.
For protection from the sun, we installed a motorized louvered roof system that provides full control of the sun and shade. For privacy, we installed a laser-cut a custom screen that complements the custom fire pit and high top bar table. Now, these clients can enjoy some TV outdoors while basking in the hot tub in the perfect evening breeze.
