This client wanted an extension of their top floor condo that they could use as many months of the year as possible. We installed various elements to make the space usable throughout the seasons.
Al Fresco Dining & Lounging
A great way to enjoy the expansive view of this Lakeview roof deck is to dine al fresco. Plenty of seating allows you to be outdoors solo or with loved ones while enjoying your favorite food and drinks. A custom dining table and dining bench are cedar and steel to match the materials used throughout the space.
Outdoor Kitchen & Bar
A stone outdoor kitchen and bar equipped with a grill, side burner, and natural gas pizza oven make it a perfect space for a dinner party with unobstructed views of the city. Bar seating provides an opportunity to socialize with guests while dinner’s cooking. Similar to the dining table, the bar stools are constructed from cedar and steel, which provide design continuity throughout the roof deck.
Outdoor Living Room
We installed this motorized louvered roof pergola with custom cedar screening elements to create an outdoor living room. Custom curtains, 2 outdoor heaters, an outdoor TV, and a custom stone fire pit outfit the area to make it a perfect spot to relax and watch TV year round.
