A Backyard With All The Bells & Whistles
For this Centennial, CO residence, an outdated deck and patio were transformed into a sophisticated outdoor living space designed around the homeowners’ lifestyle. The property’s sloped backyard presented unique grading, engineering, and construction challenges, requiring thoughtful planning to create comfortable, level spaces throughout the yard. Our team coordinated the permitting and engineering required for the project while carefully integrating the home, deck, patio, pool, and surrounding landscape. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that feels like a natural extension of the home rather than a collection of separate spaces.
Thoughtfully selected materials and custom features bring both comfort and refinement to this Centennial outdoor living space. A Deckorators composite deck with a roof and underdeck system creates a comfortable gathering area equipped with heaters and fire features for extended seasonal use, while a Belgard paver patio provides an elegant foundation for outdoor entertaining. A custom outdoor kitchen with built-in grills, outdoor fireplace, TV and AV system, custom shade structure, stone veneer, artificial turf, and new pool complete the backyard retreat. Each element was carefully considered for how the homeowners would use the space, creating an inviting setting for relaxing, dining, entertaining, and spending time with family throughout the year.
