Luxurious Downtown Condo Rooftop
The developer we worked with on this project wanted an amenity space for their luxury condo building that maximized the views of the capitol and front range.
Mobilizing materials to the 5th floor in a high traffic area of downtown Denver was a challenge, so we selected durable, low-maintenance materials that stand up to the use of a community space.
We installed powder coated aluminum planters with drought tolerant plants to provide some greenery to the space. FX aluminum outdoor lighting fixtures provide a nice ambiance at night as well as an aluminum natural gas fire pit. A thermally treated wood cladding was applied to the outdoor kitchen with a custom steel frame and granite top bar top was installed to capture the views.
