Luxury Rooftop Deck in Downtown Denver
Located along 16th Street Mall in Denver’s LoDo district, this rooftop deck brings elevated outdoor living to a multi-use building in the heart of the city. The project features a refined system of porcelain pedestal pavers, custom brick masonry planters, and integrated landscape lighting, creating a sophisticated outdoor environment designed for both everyday enjoyment and entertaining. The porcelain paver system provides a durable, low-maintenance surface while maintaining the clean, high-end aesthetic expected of a luxury rooftop space.
Building on a rooftop within a multi-use property required careful planning and coordination throughout construction. Our team worked within the unique constraints of the building to create a finished space that feels intentional, comfortable, and seamlessly connected to its urban surroundings. From the custom brick planters to the thoughtfully placed lighting, every element of this Denver rooftop deck was designed to balance beauty and performance while making the most of its downtown setting.
