A Space To Enjoy In All Seasons
Located in the Pradera neighborhood of Parker, CO, this custom outdoor living project was designed to give the homeowners greater control over their outdoor environment while creating a welcoming space for entertaining in every season. A glass-enclosed deck, porcelain pavers installed on a pedestal system, and expansive accordion doors create a flexible gathering space that balances the feeling of being outdoors with the comfort of an enclosed environment. Below, the area beneath the deck was designed to accommodate a greenhouse, making thoughtful use of the space while expanding the property’s outdoor functionality. From the initial design to the finished construction, every detail was considered to create a cohesive outdoor living experience tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle.
Custom features and carefully selected materials bring warmth, sophistication, and year-round comfort to this Parker outdoor living space. The upper deck features a built-in grill, Challenger outdoor kitchen cabinets, heaters, and stone veneer fireplaces, creating an inviting setting for cooking, dining, and gathering with family and friends. Glass garage doors provide additional flexibility for the entertaining areas, while a custom curved metal staircase creates a distinctive architectural connection between levels. The combination of premium finishes, integrated climate-control features, and expert craftsmanship transforms the deck into a versatile four-season retreat. The result is a beautifully appointed outdoor living space in Parker, Colorado, designed to make the most of the property in every season.
